By proceeding with an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms and Conditions.
Fees and Charges
Service Setup Fee: A one-time service setup fee of $80.00 plus taxes applies to all new activations and hardware upgrades. This charge will appear on your first bill.
Preferred Pricing Enrollment Fee: A one-time enrollment fee of $75.00 plus taxes applies if you are an existing Rogers customer enrolling in the Preferred Pricing Program for the first time. This charge will appear on your first bill.
Price Match & Device Exchange Fee: A $50.00 service fee applies to all price match requests and device exchanges.
Automatic Payment Discount: If you remove Automatic Payment from your account, the $10.00/month discount will be removed.
Taxes: All quoted pricing is before applicable sales taxes, which are based on the province associated with your phone number.
Service Activation and Billing
Your Rogers services are considered active from the date you receive an email notification confirming activation by Red Wireless.
Any new activation is subject to credit approval.
If you choose to cancel your service within the 15-day return period, you will be billed from the day Red Wireless processed the device. Any shipping fees associated with your purchase are non-refundable.
Your first bill estimate will be included with your order and should reflect all applicable discounts.
Any applicable discounts may not be immediately applied but will be reflected in future bills.
The email confirmation from Rogers upon registration will not include discounts, but all applicable discounts will be applied to your account.
Return Policy
You have 15 days from the date of activation to return or exchange your device.
Returns must be in the original packaging and in new, resellable condition. We reserve the right to refuse a return that does not meet these conditions.
A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply if the phone or accessories are not returned in like-new condition.
If your device arrives damaged, you must report the damage within 24 hours of receiving it; otherwise, it will not be accepted for return.
If you request to return or exchange a device, the waybill that is provided to you must be used within 48 hours or your request will be declined.
Website Content and Order Changes
Red Wireless reserves the right to:
Correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in website content at any time without prior notice.
Modify products, services, pricing, fees, charges, and promotions at any time without notice.
Limit quantities available for sale.
Reject, cancel, or terminate any order, including accepted orders, for reasons such as:
The product or service is unavailable.
Payment confirmation is not received from the relevant processing company.
Pricing or description errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.
The customer does not meet eligibility criteria outlined in these Terms and Conditions.
The information provided by the customer, including account details, postal code, account holder name, province, company, or other relevant details, is incorrect, resulting in ineligibility for the selected offer.
Confidentiality
We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality with respect to any information disclosed through the use of our website and services. In the course of engaging with our platform, You may provide information that is sensitive, proprietary, or otherwise non-public in nature. Such information (“Confidential Information”) may include, but is not limited to, Customer Data, order details, account credentials, business strategies, technical specifications, pricing, and other information that a reasonable person would understand to be confidential given the circumstances of disclosure.
We will treat all Confidential Information with strict confidence and will use it solely for the purpose of delivering and improving the services offered. Disclosure of Confidential Information to third parties will only occur with Your prior consent, unless otherwise required by law, expressly permitted under our contractual obligations, or necessary to share with trusted third-party service providers engaged to facilitate or support the delivery of the services We provide. All personnel and authorized service providers with access to Confidential Information are bound by confidentiality obligations consistent with our own, and We employ commercially reasonable security measures to safeguard this information against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
By using our website and services, You acknowledge and agree that We will handle all Confidential Information with diligence and in accordance with applicable legal, regulatory, and certification requirements, including those related to data protection and ISO compliance.
Promotional Offer Terms

Offers and promotions are available for a limited time and are subject to change without notice. A Setup Service Fee of $75 per line applies to setup your device and related services. Taxes extra. Employee verification is required; Rogers reserves the right to request proof of employment status from each employee at any time. A one-time Pricing Fee of $75 may apply for existing customers. Existing customers with 6 months or less tenure on their term plan are not eligible to receive this discount. This offer cannot be combined with any other consumer promotions and/or discounts unless made eligible by Rogers.
Rogers 5G+ data plans data at max speed up to the data bucket included in your plan on the Rogers network, extended coverage areas within Canada, and Roam Like Home destinations (see rogers.com/roamlikehome). 5G access is included with Rogers 5G+ plans at no extra charge. 5G access requires a 5G-enabled device in an area where there is 5G coverage (see rogers.com/coverage). Once you have reached the max speed data allotment of your plan, you will continue to have access to data services with no overage beyond the max speed data allotment at a reduced speed of up to 512 kilobits per second (for both upload and download) until the end of your current billing cycle. Applications such as email, web browsing, apps, and audio/video streaming will continue to function at a reduced speed which will likely impact your experience. We will send you a text message notifying you when you have used 90% and 100% of the max speed data allotment included in your plan with the option to purchase a Speed Pass to add more max speed data to your plan. Plan requires registration for online billing. In all cases, usage is subject to the Rogers Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy. Discount applies to primary line only. Plan change or phone upgrade will cancel the discount.
Opt-In for Communications
By providing your e-mail address and mobile number, or by contacting us via SMS or call at +1 (888) 819 1007, you agree to receive support and promotional text messages, e-mails, and telephone calls from Red Wireless, a ROGERS Authorized Dealer. You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying with the word "STOP" to any text message you receive from Red Wireless. Although Red Wireless will not charge end users for receiving/responding to promotional messages, depending on the terms of your mobile phone plan, you may incur costs from your mobile service carrier to receive and/or respond to any promotional text messages (standard messaging and data rates/fees and other charges may apply). You may opt out of receiving e-mails from Red Wireless by clicking "unsubscribe" at the bottom of any e-mail you receive from us. You can opt out of receiving promotional telephone calls by advising the Red Wireless caller that you no longer wish to receive such calls. Neither Red Wireless nor ROGERS will share your information with any other party.

2. Change at any time the products and services advertised or made available for sale on the Website, the prices, fees, charges and specifications of such products and services, any promotional offers and any other Website content without any notice or liability to you or any other person;
3. Limit quantities available for sale or sold; and
4. Reject, correct, cancel or terminate any order, including accepted orders for any reason; including but not limited to:
a. If the product or service is not available;
b. If we do not receive confirmation of your payment from the relevant payment processing company;
c. If there has been a product or service pricing or description error, inaccuracy or omission; or
d. If you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out in our Terms and Conditions.
